Our work is in progress and has been in direct collaboration with the building’s owner, ensuring alignment on design intent, performance, and aesthetic excellence.

Dentsu’s Chicago space features a state-of-the-art PoE lighting and control system. Daily collaboration among the team was met with tunable white lighting and sensors that automatically balance daylight and electric light.

Chelsea Lighting was brought in to over see the total lighting and controls for this space. While the design was pretty straightforward, the existing pandemic meant there was a need for Chelsea to work in lockstep with the general contractor in order to be aware of the existing supply chain issues relative to the materials needed. This was the only way to ensure delivery and continue progressing on the project.

Chelsea Lighting was utilized in this project to oversee the execution of the fit out and integration of multiple controls systems while also being the lighting distribution expert. The new design included the addition of a large, color changing staircase.
